Established in 1998, PFI Mechanical Services Ltd are approved mechanical & electrical contractors for many major leisure & commercial groups, local government/health authorities and construction companies throughout the UK. PFI Mechanical Services Ltd, enjoy regular orders and commissions from clients thanks to the reputation gained as a result of achieving successful completion of projects, and can offer clients a "turn key" package of building services that include, environmental control, public health and full electrical installations.

We specailise in all aspects of Mechanical & Electrical Engineering with over 40 years combined experience within the construction, building services and environmental control industries.

 

We are registered with Gas Safe, CHAS and Constructionline, and a member of the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE)

 

We constantly review the changing technology and trends within the industry, particularly with regard to enviromental and energy saving technologies. We have a rolling programme of training our engineers to remain at the cutting edge of the industry.

Hilton Hotel, Liverpool - Electrical and Mechanical Modification works to 10 story hotel and managed accomodation rooms, Budget £400,000.

Tamlite Warehouse and Offices, Redditch - Mechanical and electrical works to warehouse and sales office extension, Budget £150,000.

DSALT Project, RAF Waddington - New Airconditioning and Ventilation to a state of the art training facility, Budget £150,000.

Factory & Office relocation for McDermid Plc Birmingham, budget £600,000.
